Refund Policy

1. Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Email orders@spotonlinen.com.au with your order number to start a return.

• Items that have been washed, used, or altered

3. Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Exchanges We offer exchanges for a different size or colour where stock is available, shipping is on the buyer. Contact us to arrange.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.

6. Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or we made an error. We recommend using a tracked service.
