Shipping Policy

1.  We ship Australia-wide. International shipping is available to selected countries — rates are calculated at checkout.

2. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
   

4. International Shipping

• Standard: 7–21 business days

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees charged by their country.

5. Tracking You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

6. Incorrect Addresses We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at orders@spotonlinen.com.au and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
